Ingredients: Cassia, Black Pepper, Cardamom Seeds, Red Chili Peppers, Cloves, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Muscat Color.
Biryani Pulao Masala — A mixture of spices gives the rice a very bright color and a rich spicy-spicy taste and aroma. So turmeric paints rice in a beautiful yellow-orange color, black pepper and chili contribute to enhance the taste and give sharpness. Each spice of this mixture adds its own unique «highlight» to the rice.
Recipe: Soak 200g of peeled and washed rice for 30 minutes in water. Fry one large, red onion (90 g) and 2 cloves of garlic in 30 g of oil. Add 150 g diced meat/chicken/vegetables and fry until browned. Add 1-2 teaspoons of a piece of Biryani Pulao Masala and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the rice and stir for 2 minutes. Add water (twice the amount of soaked rice), cover as the water starts to boil, after 5 minutes make a small fire and cook until the water has evaporated.
